As July draws to an end we can reflect on a successful month of new sales for our clients with
sales agreed in all four corners of the city
"I am really pleased to see some apartments going under offer as well as houses this month" says Dylan MacDonald. "We have had some buyers linked to the Universities wanting the convenience of city centre living and agreed apartment sales in Lansdown, Newbridge, Norfolk Crescent and New King Street." Two sales were for buyers to live in, one for renting out and one for holiday letting.
"As well as the flat sales we put houses sales together across a variety of price ranges and have registered some excellent buyers actively looking. I'm excited to be bringing four houses to the market in August marketing between £400,000 - £800,000 that are already photographed. There's a lovely cottage in Weston, a very smart house in Lansdown, one in Larkhall and a gorgeous Victorian Terrace in Fairfield Park." Alex Bowater
