In addition the countryside is on your doorstep including easy access to Kennett and Avon canal. Schools throughout Bath are highly recommended, and the village school was rated Outstanding in 2010 Ofsted. Access to M4 is around 10 miles via the toll bridge and A46 and importantly avoids the worst of the traffic of Bath city centre mainline Bath Spa is around 2.3 miles by car or an easy cycle through the city.
The house is located up a cul-de-sac with allotments at the top of the road. There is also access to a playpark on the way to the rank of shops. The canal has a pub as well as a boat serving coffee and cake. The house is period with a garden to the front with some views. the central staircase splits two reception rooms with a kitchen and bathroom to the rear. The bathroom is currently downstairs with three bedrooms upstairs.
The views from the bedrooms are lovely and point towards the hills from the main room with two windows. The landing also has a nice window to the front.
The garden to the rear is small but there's a shed that could be removed for more space. There is space to the side and there plent of room at the front to create seating and enjoy the sunset on this quiet cul-de-sac.
