Look no further than Strattons and Partners, Dylan, Alex and photographer Nick have all been outstanding throughout the process of selling my elderly Mother's house. They have been kind and sensitive in their approach, recognising that it's been a massive process for Mum and the family after 48 years in a happy home. Dylan gave Mum the time she needed and helped her complete all the forms required making sure she understood everything along the way. As soon as the house went on the market Dylan and Alex had conjured up lots of interest in the house and in just over a week we had 2 offers. They were extremely diligent every step of the way and this resulted in a super fast completion , just 7 weeks after a offer was accepted. Dylan has gone over and above helping us with so many other things along the way, giving us details of auctioneers and house clearance etc. I have experienced many other larger estate agents in the past and been so badly let down each time, but Strattons and Partners take real pride in all the work they do for people in a very friendly and down to earth way. Two things in particular that were excellent and I've not experienced with other agents before, were the family what's app group, so everyone knows what's going on at the same time, also the fantastic drone footage the Nick took of Mum's house and surrounding area. We will be highly recommending you to everyone who is planning on selling their home.

I am an expat in Australia buying property in Bath and was blown away by the work ethic, kindness and professionalism from Strattons and Partners in Bath. Due to the time difference between Australia and the UK Dylan had to open for an inspection so I could see the property buyer video over the Easter Saturday weekend and did so without any reservations or all questions or issues and could not have been what helpful to myself and my sister and her family as we went through the process of viewing the property but importantly I've been struck and I won't mention names by the utter incompetence of a number of very swanky looking real estate agents in the Bath area, one of whom decided that not only they did not want my business by failing to return any phone calls or any messages but they were incredibly rude in how they delivered that message. It is stunning to me that in an industry that only has service and relationship selling as value. I would only use Dylan's business. He was exceptional and the exceptional was really just providing great service clear communication honesty openness transparency it's not hard but well done thank you.
